Welcome to my Shadow Box tut
I have one simillar to this above my PC
and thought I'd try making one
please feel free to use any wood pattern you wish

Abbreviations:
FF = flood fill




start by opening a new image of 600 x 500
add new layer
load 01 back
FF matellic gradient
stlye linear
angle 142
repeats 0

new layer
load 02 top deco
F wood fill that was in zip
size 100 angle 0
apply inner bevel with following settings
first shape bevel 
width 2
smoothness 10
depth 4
ambiance -30
shininess 0
angle 339
intensity 50
elevation 50
color white

new layer
load 03 R inside
FF wood pattern
change angle to 90
apply same inner bevel

new layer
load 04 L inside
finish as above

new layer
load 05 bottom inside
FF wood pattern
change angle back to 0
apply same inner bevel

new layer
load 06 dark bottom shelf
FF wood
colors adjust
brightness -55 contrast 0

new layer
load 07 bottom shelf
FF wood
apply same inner bevel

new layer
load 08 Lsupport
FF wood angle 90
effects texture blinds
width 5
opacity 35
horizontal checked

new layer
load 09 R support
finish as above

new layer
load 10 L dark shelf
FF wood angel 0
colors adjust brightness -55

new layer
load 11 L top shelf
FF wood
apply same inner bevel

new layer
load 12 R dark
FF wood
apply same colors adjust

new layer
load 13 R top shelf
FF wood
apply same inner bevel

load 14 outside frame
FF wood
apply frame inner bevel

new layer
load 15 outside deco
FF yellow stained glass that was in zip
size 100 angle 0

new layer
load 16 corner decos
FF wood
apply same frame inner bevel
colors adjust
brightness -25 contrast 0

that's it I think we're done
go ahead &  what ever to your shelves
add each one as a new layer
that way if you need to move them you can <=)

feel free to use any pattern you wish on the outside deco
mine happens to be yellow
that's why I used yellow
