I've done this one a little bit different then my other tuts
instead of loading the selection from disc
you will be loading from the
ALPHA CHANNEL
there are NO selections
everything you need is on the canvas included in the zip
please have your layer pallet open

start by opening the canvas in the zip
the first layer is blank
you can use it as your background or delete it
(that's up to you)

Start by opening the canvas that is in the zip

click on layer 01 R arm
load from alpha channel 01 R arm

selection invert
apply following drop shadow
vertical and horizontal 0
opacity 100
blur 35

effects noise add 3% uniform

click on layer 02 body
load from alpha channel 02 body

OK now go to layers view all
click x on background layer & merge layers visible
you can now tube or do as you wish from here
