start by opening a new image
400 x 600
add new layer
load 01 top
FF wood of your choice
I used Jasc Stained wood
size 100 angle 0
apply inner bevel with following settings
first shape bevel 
width 2
smoothness 0
depth 3
ambiance -30
shininess 0
angle 17
intensity 50
elevation 50
color white

new layer
load 02 back
FF wood
change angle to 90
apply same inner bevel

new layer
load 03 doors
apply same inner bevel
deselect
apply the following drop shadow
vertical 0
horizontal 0
opacity 100
blur 10
color black

new layer
load 04 door handles
FF wood
apply same inner bevel
deselect
apply same drop shadow
