apply inner bevel with following settings

I saved as brick V

selection modify by 1
effects texture effects texture
I used # 63 which is sidewalk
(if you dont have this please feel free to use any textuire or fill you wish)

same inner bevel

load 03 under house front trim
FF color #808080

new layer
load 04 house front trim
FF white
same inner bevel
apply the following drop shadow
vertical 3

now load roof selection again
take selection tool set to rectangle & cut out the shadow on top of the roof
