start by opening a new image
600 x 600
new layer
load 01 back
FF with stained wood by Jasc
or wood you wish
size 100 angle 90

new layer
load 02 bottom dark
FF wood change angle to 0
colors adjust
brightness -35 contrast 0

new layer
load 03 bottom shelf
FF wood
apply inner bevel with following settings
first shape bevel 
width 2
smoothness 0
depth 3
ambiance -30
shininess 0
angle 17
intensity 50
elevation 50
color white

new layer
load 04 shelf 3 dark
FF wood
colors adjust
brightness -35 contrast 0

new layer
load 05 shelf 3
FF wood
apply same inner bevel
apply the following drop shadow
vertical 5
horizontal 0
opacity 55
blur 12
color black

new layer
load 06 shelf 2 dark
FF wood
colors adjust
brightness -35 contrast 0

new layer
load 07 shelf 2
FF wood
apply same inner bevel
apply the following drop shadow
vertical 5
horizontal 0
opacity 55
blur 12
color black

that's it I think we're done
add tubes or whatever you feel fits well
tube & save for later use <=))
